KEG Technologies, Inc. Announces New Operations Manager

(July 30, 2007) – KEG Technologies, Inc., a manufacturing leader in high
efficiency, high performance sewer cleaning equipment, is pleased to announce
the promotion of Josh Cox to Operations Manager of our Madison, Mississippi
facility, effective today.

Josh joined KEG in 2006 after graduating from Belhaven College. For the past
year he has served as shipping and receiving clerk, and was promoted to
Customer Service Manager earlier this spring. Josh’s new duties will include
overall management of KEG’s customer service and accounting departments,
plus continued supervision of KEG’s warehouse, shipping, and inventory control
functions at the Madison facility.

“ Josh has done an excellent job learning our business and our customers”, said
Barry Howell, vice president and general manager of KEG. “His continued hard
work and desire to help our customers has made him a valuable part of the KEG
team. We all congratulate Josh on a well earned promotion.”

John Solovey Named Northeastern Territory Manager

(April 23, 2007) – KEG Technologies, Inc., a manufacturing leader in high-efficiency, high-performance sewer cleaning equipment, is pleased to announce the hiring of John Solovey as our Northeastern Territory Manager.

Solovey joins KEG after four years as a territory manager with Johnston MadVac Sweepers of Chino, California. Solovey’s area of responsibility will be the Eastern Seaboard states from the Maryland-Virginia area north to Eastern Canada. He will be based in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

“John Solovey brings new talent to KEG,” said Barry Howell, vice president and general manager. “His knowledge of the municipal markets and various mechanical systems, his past experience with many of our shared customers, and his excellent reputation as a territory manager made John a clear choice,” continued Howell.

KEG Technologies, Inc. Announces 2006 Distributor Awards

(January 23, 2007) – KEG Technologies, Inc., a manufacturing leader in high-
efficiency, high-performance sewer cleaning equipment, is pleased to announce
the recipients of our 2006 distributor sales awards.

2006 Distributor of the Year:
Maric Sales of West Jordan, Utah has been selected
KEG’s 2006 Distributor of the Year. “Maric has been a constant for KEG since they joined us in 2004. John Housley and his staff are always in the marketplace promoting KEG products and the results speak for themselves,” said Barry Howell, vice president and general manager of KEG. “We are fortunate to have a company like Maric representing our line.” Maric Sales represents KEG in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and eastern Nevada.

Outstanding Sales Achievement in 2006:
The following companies were designated as KEG’s Top Sales Achievers in 2006: Balar Equipment, Phoenix, Arizona; WestVac Industrial Ltd., Acheson, Alberta Canada; MSC Equipment, Richmond, Virginia; Williams Equipment, Henderson, Colorado; and Adams Equipment of the Carolinas, Lexington, South Carolina. “Our top distributors set the bar for customer service and sales of KEG products,” said Howell. “Their sales efforts have translated into another tremendous growth year for KEG.”

2006 Impact Award Winner:
KEG gives one award each year to the distributor who makes a significant one year impact on KEG’s sales in a particular area. This year’s winner is Best Equipment Company of Indianapolis, Indiana. “Best has taken our line and run with it,” said Howell. “We are very pleased with their sales results and look forward to even greater success in 2007.”
